How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You may track your parcel directly on the courier's platform (e.g. J&T Express at www.jtexpress.my) using the tracking number provided. Please note that REVORA is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier service.

Where can I find my Order ID?

Your Order ID can be found in your order confirmation email sent to you after purchase.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier service used. Estimated delivery is typically within 3–7 business days. REVORA is not liable for any delays that may occur during transit, as delivery timelines are managed solely by the courier.

My tracking shows no updates, what should I do?

Please contact the courier directly (e.g. J&T Express) with your tracking number for the latest update. REVORA does not have access to real-time courier tracking information and is unable to intervene in the delivery process.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change the delivery address once the order has been handed over to the courier. Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your purchase.
